Duration & Appointment Timing

Please allow 195 minutes. A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your first colour with us or after any brand change. Arrive with dry, detangled hair and avoid heavy oils or dry shampoo on the day. A haircut can be added on request; please confirm when booking.

Aftercare & Maintenance

• Use sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner.
• Wait 48 hours before your first wash, then rinse cool.
• Always apply heat protection and limit hot tools.
• Treat weekly with a hydrating or bond-repair mask.
• Use purple or blue shampoo as advised to control brassiness.
• Book toner refreshes every 6–8 weeks to maintain tone.
• Schedule root tint at 6–8 weeks and full foils at 10–12 weeks.
• Shield hair from UV and chlorine with a protective leave-in.
