Duration & Appointment Timing

Service time is 30 mins. Arrive 5 minutes early. Hair should be 0.5-1 cm long for best removal. New clients complete a short form. For ongoing smoothness, rebook every 4-6 weeks.

Aftercare & Maintenance

• Keep the area clean and dry for 24 hours.
• Avoid heat, swimming, tanning, tight clothing and intense exercise for 24-48 hours.
• Do not touch or scratch; use a cool compress if needed.
• After 48 hours, exfoliate gently 2-3 times a week and moisturise daily.
• Use fragrance-free products on the area.
• For ingrowns, apply a mild exfoliating serum and avoid tweezing.
