Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 30 minutes for your appointment. Arrive with clean, dry lashes and no eye makeup. Contact lens wearers should bring a case. Very dense or stuck-on sets may need a little extra time.

Aftercare & Maintenance

• Avoid rubbing or touching the eye area for the rest of the day.
• Keep eyes dry for two hours after removal.
• Skip waterproof mascara and oily products around the eyes for 24 hours.
• Use a gentle conditioning serum nightly to support lash health.
• You can book a new set immediately after removal if scheduled.
• If any redness occurs, use a cool compress. Contact us if it persists.
