Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow up to 120 minutes for this service, including finish. Extra time may be needed for very long or thick hair. Please arrive a few minutes early with clean, dry hair. New colour guests will need a skin test at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you are adding a cut, please book extra time.
Aftercare & Maintenance
- Use sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and limit heat styling.
- Always use a heat protectant when blow-drying or using irons.
- Book a toner or gloss every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain tone.
- Deep-condition weekly and continue bond care as advised.
- Protect hair from UV, sea and chlorine with a leave-in shield.
