Aftercare & Maintenance
- Drink water and rest if you feel sleepy.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for a few hours.
- If oil was used, leave it in for 1 to 2 hours before washing.
- Try gentle neck and shoulder stretches later that day.

Will oils be used?

Is the massage done seated?
Yes, typically in a supportive chair for comfort and access. A treatment couch can be used on request. We will position you for easy breathing and good posture.
Is Indian head massage safe in pregnancy?

What should I wear to the appointment?
